Effective October 28, 2026. Last updated October 28, 2026.
These Terms govern your use of www.drlampee.com and anything offered through it (including our forms, surveys, and online scheduling). Please read them before using the site.
This website is operated by Heath Lampee, DMD, practising as Teeth In 24™, at 14455 SW Allen Blvd Suite 103, Beaverton, Oregon 97005 (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the practice”). References to “the Site” include every page, form, survey, and scheduling tool we offer here. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
Everything on this Site (treatment descriptions, patient stories, galleries, articles, videos, and our virtual consult survey) is general information only. It is not dental or medical advice. It is not a substitute for an in-person examination and diagnosis by a licensed dentist or physician, and you should not rely on it in deciding whether to seek, delay, or decline care.
Browsing this Site, completing a survey or form, exchanging email or text messages with our office, or scheduling and attending a virtual consult does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Dr. Lampee or this practice. That relationship begins only once you have been seen in our office, completed our new patient paperwork, and been accepted for care.
The virtual consult offered through this Site is a scheduled video call, normally thirty minutes, with a member of our non-clinical staff (our Client Coordinator). Its purpose is to explain our process, the typical timeline, general costs, and what treatment involves, and to answer your questions.
The virtual consult is not an examination, a diagnosis, a second opinion, or a treatment plan. No clinical evaluation is carried out during it and no treatment is recommended. Any assessment of your dental condition, your suitability for treatment, or a recommended course of care can be made only by Dr. Lampee, in person, with appropriate records and imaging.
Being offered a virtual consult after completing our survey means only that an informational conversation appears useful. It is not a finding that you need any particular treatment, that you are a candidate for it, or that it will be offered to you. Not being offered a virtual consult is likewise not a finding about your dental health. It means only that this particular conversation is not the most useful starting point, and we will suggest another.
Do not use this Site, email, text messages, or a virtual consult to tell us about an urgent or emergency condition. These channels are not monitored continuously and are not appropriate for emergencies. If you believe you have a medical or dental emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent dental concerns during office hours, call (503) 646-2273.
You agree that the information you provide through the Site is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We rely on it in deciding what to suggest as a next step, and inaccurate information may lead us to suggest the wrong one. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form on this Site, or be the parent or legal guardian of the person the enquiry concerns.
Where you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by email, text message, and telephone, including calls and texts placed using automated technology, at the email address and phone number you gave us, and even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of receiving treatment. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any of them. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about an appointment you have already booked. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Email and text messages are not secure. Please do not send detailed health information, images of your mouth, or other sensitive material through them. Where we need clinical information from you, we will provide a secure way to send it.
A time you select online is held for you subject to confirmation. Please cancel or reschedule as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. We may occasionally need to move or cancel an appointment, and will tell you as soon as we can if that happens.
Treatment descriptions, before-and-after images, patient stories, and testimonials on this Site describe the experience of particular people. They are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of what any treatment will achieve for you. Outcomes differ according to each person’s anatomy, bone volume and quality, general and oral health, healing, and how closely post-operative instructions are followed. Any warranty we offer is governed by the separate written terms of that warranty.
Any figures given on this Site or during a virtual consult are general estimates for the purpose of helping you understand the order of cost involved. Your actual fee can only be quoted after an in-person examination and treatment planning, and will be set out in a written treatment plan and financial agreement before any treatment begins.
The content of this Site (text, images, video, logos, and the Teeth In 24™ mark) is owned by or licensed to the practice and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything further requires our written permission.
This Site links to services we do not control, including social media platforms, financing providers, and our online scheduling tool. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this Site and how we handle it. Protected health information held by the practice is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent Oregon law allows, neither the practice, nor Dr. Lampee, nor our staff will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from professional care actually provided to you as a patient of this practice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
